For owners of businesses with 5 to 50 people
Stop doing the busywork.
I set up AI assistants that answer the routine emails, book the appointments, chase the follow-ups, and keep orders from slipping through. You approve what goes out until you trust it.
20 minutes on a call. You name the busywork, I show you what I'd take first.
Hand off the busywork that keeps landing on you
Four kinds of busywork I take off owners' plates, and what you stop doing for each.
-
Stop answering the same emails
- Now
- You open every email yourself and type the same answers to the same questions. Most of it waits until after close.
- After
- Routine emails get a drafted reply. You read it, fix it if you want, and send. Money questions and complaints still come straight to you.
-
Stop going back and forth to book time
- Now
- Scheduling one appointment takes a string of messages. Reminders only go out if you remember to send them.
- After
- The assistant offers open times from your calendar, drafts the confirmation, and lines up the reminder. You see every booking.
-
Stop chasing follow-ups by email and text
- Now
- Quotes and "just checking in" notes live in your head. Customer texts sit on your phone until you get a minute.
- After
- Follow-ups are drafted on schedule for email or text. You approve them, so a lead doesn't go quiet because you got busy. Replies come back to you.
-
Stop following up on every online order yourself
- Now
- You answer "where's my order?" emails and chase customers for missing details like shipping or pickup.
- After
- Order questions and missing-detail requests get a drafted answer right away. You only step in for refunds and real problems.
You don't have to hand off all four. We can start with the one costing you the most and add the next once you've seen it work.
How I get it running
-
Book a 20-minute walkthrough
Tell me which busywork eats your week, how it gets done today, and who touches it.
-
I set it up on the tools you already use
The assistant works in the email and calendar you already have. You don't switch systems.
-
It runs, you review
It drafts and you approve. Once you trust it on a task, you decide what it can send without asking.
What to expect on the walkthrough
- On the walkthrough we go through the busywork you want gone. I'll tell you which piece I'd start with and what the assistant would do.
- If it's not a good fit for an assistant, I'll say so.
- Pricing depends on which busywork comes off your plate and how much of it there is. I quote it on the call once I know the job.
Get straight answers before you book
Does anything go out without my OK?
Not unless you say so. At the start, the assistant drafts and you approve every message. Once you trust it on a task, you decide what it can send on its own.
Do I have to switch my email or calendar?
No. I set it up on the email and calendar you already use.
Is my data safe?
Before anything gets connected, I walk you through exactly what the assistant can see and what it does with it. We start with one job, so it only gets access to what that job needs. If you have rules about customer information, tell me on the call.
What if it gets something wrong?
You'll catch it before it goes out, because you approve the drafts. When you correct one, I adjust the assistant so it handles that kind better next time. Anything touchy, like a refund or a complaint, comes to you.
How long does setup take?
It depends on what we're taking on. One job on tools you already have goes faster than four. I'll give you a straight estimate on the walkthrough.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on which busywork comes off your plate and how much of it there is. I quote it on the call once I know the job.
Is this a fit for my business?
Probably, if you run a business with about 5 to 50 people and you're still the one clearing the inbox and chasing follow-ups. If you already have an ops team doing this, you likely don't need me. And it isn't a chatbot for your website.
Tell me what you want off your plate
List the busywork. I'll tell you if an assistant can take it and reply by email.
